Candy Crush Charged Me for Purchases but Didn’t Deliver Gold Bars or Items

I made multiple purchases in Candy Crush, but despite being charged, I didn’t receive the gold bars or other items. This isn’t the first time it’s happened—it keeps happening with popular purchases. The game takes my money but doesn’t deliver what I paid for. On top of that, sometimes I complete a level, but it still shows as incomplete. I need this issue fixed and the items I purchased delivered immediately.
