My Travel Town Game Purchase Failed - Money Taken, No Moves Given

I am absolutely furious and in complete shock with Travel Town! I spent ₺380 on in-game moves, and while the money was clearly deducted from my account, I received absolutely none of the moves I paid for. I even tried closing and reopening the game multiple times, thinking it might just be a delay, but nothing. The moves never appeared.

This is outrageous, especially since I genuinely enjoyed playing this game. To have my money taken without receiving the promised in-game items is unacceptable. I'm utterly disgusted by this experience and will not let it stand. Travel Town developers, I demand an immediate refund for my ₺380. Rectify this blatant error now, or I will take further action!
