Frustrating Return! Brand New Camper Order Arrived Used & Unacceptable

I made a purchase on the official Camper website with great expectations. Unfortunately, the product that was delivered seemed to have been previously used or displayed, which was quite disappointing. When I thought about returning it, I was surprised to see the return problems on Xolvie. Dealing with a customer satisfaction issue from a brand of this caliber was quite surprising.
