Camper Delayed Refund for 35 Days After Return
When shopping on the Camper website, you accept that delivery might take 20-25 days, but what’s completely unacceptable is their failure to process refunds in a timely manner. I returned my order #4006024482, unopened, and regret making this purchase. I’ve been waiting 35 days for my refund, yet no payment has been issued. The product was returned on September 12, but I’m still left without my money. Camper and the courier both seem indifferent about the delay, which is incredibly frustrating. If you’re not a frequent online shopper, as I am, Camper’s service may disappoint you. I urge Camper to expedite this refund immediately and improve their customer support process.
