Camper Doesn't Take Customer Complaints Into Consideration!

Dear Interested Persons, I returned the Peu Stadium and Peu Touring shoes in my order 4004060248, which I bought from Camper.com/tr. It was said that Peu Touring was rejected, Peu Stadium was said to be refunded because it was never worn. Regarding this situation, an envelope was sent stating that Peu Touring has been rejected. As a result, no shoes were sent to me and no refund was given. Regarding this situation, I called Camper Türkiye customer services about 20 times and sent an e-mail about 10 times. 4 months have passed and I still haven't achieved any results. It is very sad that a brand like Camper makes fun of customers in this way. Please find a solution.
