I Want to Cancel My Cambly Membership Made by Mistake

My daughter accidentally signed up for Cambly. I’ve been trying to contact Cambly Customer Service to cancel the transaction, but I can’t get through to anyone directly. There’s only a Support Request section, and I haven’t received any response from them. I even submitted multiple tickets through their platform, but no one has followed up. It’s very concerning that a company handling payments doesn’t offer real-time support for urgent matters. I’m requesting that the transaction be canceled as soon as possible.
Hello, Cambly only assists its users through official support channels. Submitting a request and contacting us is very easy! To reach us through the correct channel, log into your account on a web browser via computer. Simply click the question mark icon (?) at the top of your homepage. This will direct you to the Help Center. By going to the Cambly Help Center, you can search and find answers to your questions. To contact us, go to the very bottom of the page. Click the [Create Support Request] button and fill out the form to send us a message! We respond to all your requests through our official support channel within 1 business day.
