Zara Jeans Ruined My Clothes and Shoes with Dye Stains

I recently purchased a pair of jeans from Zara’s online store, and it has been a complete nightmare. The jeans bled navy blue dye onto all my clothing, including underwear, socks, and even my winter boots and Uggs, leaving them stained and unusable.
I contacted Zara’s customer service, who initially opened a case but later informed me that they wouldn’t take responsibility because the label states the product "may bleed." If the jeans are prone to such severe staining, why are they even sold? This is completely unacceptable.
I’ve also faced issues with Zara before, where they lost my shoes and never refunded me. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor customer service. I demand Zara resolve this issue immediately and compensate me for the damages caused.
