Calvin Klein Does Not Stand Behind The Defective Product

I bought Calvin Klein sneakers from the Boyner store in April 2023. After only a few days of use, the back interior of the shoe began to separate, and the point where the sole connects began to separate on both shoes. They blamed it on user error when I sent them in for inspection. It's extremely infuriating to spend money on shoes that fall apart after only two months of use. I've purchased shoes from other brands for the same price and worn them for at least two years without experiencing this level of wear and tear. The company's refusal to stand behind their product and instead blame user error is disappointing and has caused me significant inconvenience as a customer. If my concerns are not addressed, I will file a lawsuit.
