Calvin Klein Bag Bottom Seams Split After Purchase


The Calvin Klein bag I purchased on September 26 has already split at two different corners along the bottom. This is not the quality I expected from a brand like Calvin Klein. I am requesting an immediate refund for this defective bag. If Calvin Klein stands by its reputation, they should take responsibility and resolve this issue without causing inconvenience to the customer. Otherwise, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
