Glo Charged Me After Free Trial and Offered No Real Customer Support

Hoping it would help me unwind following a stressful week of work and stress, I registered for Glo's 7-day free trial. Between managing obligations and handling daily anarchy, I overlooked the precise day I should have called off the experiment. My checking account showed $245 missing when I woke up the next morning. The actual irritation started at that point. There was nowhere to call customer service; all I could find were pointless automated bot responses via interminable email chains. Nobody real has ever answered my questions. Glo has little regard for their clients or flexibility and obviously puts business above humanity. The way a company treats customer service is the exact reverse for one that values wellbeing and peace of mind. Steer clear of them.
