Costa Coffee Failed to Deliver Giveaway Prizes After Two Months

Two months ago, Costa Coffee Türkiye organized a giveaway, but the promised prizes were never sent to the winners. Despite reaching out with questions, no explanation has been provided. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a well-known brand mislead people with the promise of a giveaway only to gain followers and leave participants feeling deceived.

This isn’t just about not receiving a small item like a thermos; it’s about misleading customers and damaging trust. I’ve attached proof of the giveaway announcement and the message I received. As a loyal coffee lover, I expected more from this brand. Unless Costa Coffee addresses this issue and delivers the promised prizes, I will no longer support their products or services.
