BYD Seal U Missing Features—Promised Functions Not Available in Turkey
I have been using my BYD Seal U for one month, and as an owner, I expect BYD to deliver the missing features that were advertised in promotional videos and assumed to be included in the Turkish market models.
These essential features are missing:
NFC card access
Front trunk (frunk) storage liner
Automatic parking assist
Rear seat heating
Front parking sensor detection
Internet connectivity
Many customers trusted BYD’s advertisements, placed deposits, and bought their vehicles without seeing them in person, assuming the features shown in test vehicles and promotional materials would be included. Now, they are completely missing.
BYD, provide a software update or a solution for current owners! This issue is damaging customer trust and needs to be addressed immediately for brand credibility.
