I have been using my BYD Seal U for one month, and as an owner, I expect BYD to provide a software update to include the missing features that were promised in promotional videos and assumed to be available in the Turkish market.
Here are the missing features that need to be added:
NFC card access
Front trunk (frunk) storage liner
Automatic parking assist
Rear seat heating
Front parking sensor detection
Internet connectivity
Many customers placed deposits without seeing the car in person, trusting the official videos and international models. Now, these features are missing. BYD, restore these features via software updates or offer solutions for existing customers! This situation is harming customer trust and needs to be addressed.
