BYD Seal U Review and Missing Key Features
I am the owner of a BYD Seal U, which I have been using for a month. However, as a customer, I am extremely disappointed that several promised features are missing from the vehicle. These include:
NFC card access
Front trunk storage (frunk)
Automatic parking assistant
Rear seat heating
Front parking sensors
Internet connectivity
Many buyers, including myself, relied on video reviews and expected these features to be included in the models sold in Turkey. Since there were no test vehicles available at dealerships, customers paid deposits and purchased the car without seeing it in person, trusting BYD’s reputation. Now, we find out that these features are missing.
This issue needs to be addressed immediately! BYD, I demand transparency and a solution for the missing features. If these features were advertised or expected, they should be included in the vehicles delivered to customers. Fixing this will benefit both customers and the company’s reputation. Will BYD take action to correct this?
