BYD Seal U Missing Promised Features—Buyers Deserve a Solution
I have been using my BYD Seal U for about a month, and as an owner, I am disappointed to find that several important features are missing. These include:
NFC card access
Front trunk storage (frunk)
Automatic parking assistant
Rear seat heating
Front parking sensors
Internet connectivity
Since there were no test vehicles available at dealerships, many customers—including myself—relied on video reviews and assumed that the models arriving in Turkey would include these features. Based on this trust, people placed deposits and bought the car without physically seeing it, only to later find out these features are missing.
BYD, I demand a clear response and a solution for this issue! Customers should not be misled into believing they are getting features that are later omitted. Fixing this will benefit both customers and the brand’s reputation. Will BYD take action to address this?
