We Ordered Size 60, But Received Size 58 And A Different Model
We ordered a Bycool Classics suit in size 60, but the company sent us size 58, and it is also a different model than the one we ordered. The difference between the two models can clearly be seen even from the buttons. We contacted the company through WhatsApp and informed them about the issue, but they told us that they do not accept returns or exchanges. Both the size and the model they sent are incorrect, and we do not accept this wrongly sent product. We request that Bycool Classics either send us the correct model in size 60 as we originally ordered or provide a full refund. We want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. In addition, the company representatives treated us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they told us, “You can complain wherever you want; we will not do anything.” As customers, we find it unacceptable that we were sent both the wrong size and the wrong model, and that our problem was not resolved. We also find their attitude and way of speaking to us completely inappropriate. We request that this issue be resolved and that our loss be fully compensated.
