On October 19, 2024, I purchased a Wessi brand size 56 suit for ₺3,206.94 from the website www.n11.com. The product was delivered to me, but upon seeing the price tag of ₺1,574.90 on the item, I felt deceived and immediately contacted N11 customer service. When I shared this information with the representative, they instructed me to send photos of the product and its price tag to a provided email address as proof. A few days after sending the email, I was informed that I could return the product. However, I stated that I did not want to return the product but instead wanted to purchase it at the price indicated on the tag. I referenced Article 54(2) of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, which states: "If there is a difference between the price indicated on the label, tariff, or price list and the price at the register, the price that is favorable to the consumer shall apply." I requested that the price favorable to me be applied. Despite my explanation, I was told they could not take any action on this matter and was once again advised to return the product. This response indicates their unwillingness to honor the sale, which violates both Article 54(2) and Article 6 of the same law. They repeatedly insisted that no other action could be taken.
