I deposited ₺3000 into my Bybit account on April 26, 2025, and as of now—hours later—the money is still missing. I’ve been waiting all day with zero resolution. When I reached out, I was told they're "working on the issue," but nothing has changed. What’s even more frustrating is that their deposit system is still active. If there’s an ongoing issue, why are they continuing to accept money from users like me?
To make matters worse, I haven’t received a single email or notification explaining what’s going on. No transparency, no accountability. I’ve been trading in this space for years and have used multiple crypto exchanges—yet I’ve never experienced something this careless.
Bybit needs to stop taking deposits until the issue is fixed, return my ₺3000 immediately, and communicate clearly with affected users. This is unacceptable behavior from a platform that claims to be trustworthy.
