I Deposited ₺3600 to Bybit and Still Haven’t Received It After 6 Days
I deposited ₺3600 into my Bybit account on April 14, and it’s now been 6 full days—the funds are still not reflected in my account. Not only has the money not been credited, but it also hasn’t been refunded. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue on Bybit. A similar situation happened in the past, but the money showed up after two days. I was hoping this would resolve quickly again, but now it's dragging on with no communication or updates.
I’m a student with limited financial resources. I deposited this money with the hope of making small trades and growing it. Instead, I’m now stuck, unable to access my funds, and left completely in the dark. The lack of a reliable customer support system makes everything worse—there’s no one to reach out to for real help.
This situation is causing me significant stress and financial hardship. I expect Bybit to immediately investigate this issue, credit the amount to my account without further delay, and ensure better transparency and faster support in the future. Please treat this as urgent and resolve it now.
