I made a bank transfer of ₺30,000 to my Bybit account, and for days now, the status just says “under review.” There has been absolutely no update or resolution. No matter how long I wait, the money still hasn’t reached my balance. I’m genuinely worried now because I can’t get in touch with a real support representative—there’s no one to speak to, no proper customer service, and no contact line where I can get real help.

I’ve never experienced this kind of issue with any financial app before. It’s unacceptable that such a large amount can just hang in limbo without any clear answer. I trusted Bybit as a platform, but now I regret using it. I feel completely helpless and ignored.

Bybit, if you’re reading this, I demand a prompt investigation and immediate resolution of my issue. I need my ₺30,000 to appear in my account or be refunded without any further delay. This has gone on far too long.
