ByBit Debit Card Declined For Facebook Meta Subscription Payment

I am using a Bybit debit card and I have been successfully making Facebook/Meta payments with this card many times in the past. However, on 04/05/26, when I tried to make a payment of 0.29 USD to Facebook/Meta for a subscription, my card was suddenly declined. Since then, I have not been able to complete this small payment because the system keeps showing “card declined”. This problem has been going on for 2 days and it is preventing me from subscribing on Facebook as I need. I request that Bybit urgently check and fix this declined card issue so I can continue to use my card for Facebook/Meta payments without any interruption. I would like the reason for the decline to be clearly explained and the restriction, if any, to be removed.
