ByBit Deposit Issue – Funds Sent but Not Reflected in Account

I recently signed up on www.bybit.com and attempted to deposit funds into my account. However, when I proceeded with the deposit, the system redirected me to www.bybit-tr.com, where I deposited ₺4000. Afterward, I linked my account to www.bybit.com and attempted to transfer the funds there. The transaction status shows "successful", yet the funds have not appeared in my ByBit wallet.

I have sent multiple emails, but no response from support. There is no customer representative to assist, and no contact number to reach. This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution—my funds must be credited to my ByBit account without further delay!
