Bybit Closed My Support Case Without Solving My Missing Crypto Problem
I had been using my Bybit global cryptocurrency trading account for long-term investments for quite a long time. In my account, I had accumulated 50,000 AIG coins and 20,000 CGPT coins. Since I am a long-term investor, I do not check my account very often. However, when I logged into my account last week, I realized that all of these coins had completely disappeared.
When I reviewed my transaction history, I saw that between January 2026 and May 2026, all of these coins had been sold and the resulting balance had then been transferred out of the account. I absolutely did not perform these transactions. Two-factor authentication and email confirmation were active on my account, I never shared my security information with anyone, and I do not allow anyone else to use my phone.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted the Bybit support team via email. They requested screenshots of my account transaction history, and I sent all requested information and visuals completely and accurately. Despite this, I later received an email stating that my “support request was closed due to timeout,” and no solution whatsoever was provided regarding the serious loss I experienced.
For me, the importance of these coins was not only their current market value but also their future long-term investment potential. For example, I also purchase and hold CGPT coin long-term through Binance Global. The loss of these assets on Bybit has caused serious financial damage and a major loss of trust.
I request that the transactions on my account be investigated in detail, that any unauthorized access be identified if present, and that my unfairly lost coins be restored to my account. I also expect my support case to be handled seriously instead of being closed with a generic “timeout” explanation despite the severity of this situation.
