Bybit Internal Transfer of 605.85 USDT Stuck — Account Banned and Funds Missing

On September 24, 2025, I made an internal transfer of 605.85 USDT through the Bybit iOS app for spot and futures trading. I completed the transfer using the recipient’s phone number, but it turns out that multiple accounts were registered under that number, and the actual account to which the transfer was sent is now banned. Because I can no longer access the account, I’m unable to view the transaction details.
Since encountering this problem, I have been in regular contact with Bybit — every 5–7 days since September 24 — via both email and live chat, providing all relevant information, including the transaction ID. However, no resolution has been provided, and customer support has failed to give any satisfactory response. They also claimed that the Google Authenticator keys had been disabled, yet the account ban remains in place.
Although I was informed about the reason for the ban, I am requesting a refund of the 605.85 USDT I transferred. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
