Armani Exchange AX4026S Sunglasses Developed Spots on the Lenses

I purchased an Armani Exchange AX4026S model pair of sunglasses from the Atasun Optik store in Pendik on July 14, 2024. I only wore the sunglasses while driving and did not use them heavily in my daily life. Despite this, small spot-like marks appeared on the lenses within a short period of time, and these marks have been present for approximately five months.

When I visited the Pendik Atasun Optik store to report the issue, I found that the level of attention and customer service I received when making the purchase was completely absent when I needed help with the problem. The employees repeatedly told me that the sunglasses did not have a lens warranty, that only the frame was covered, and that even that warranty period had expired. They simply repeated the same statements like a robot and offered no meaningful solution or assistance.

I cannot accept that these marks developed on the lenses despite the fact that I used the sunglasses carefully and properly. I believe the product is defective, and I request that the lenses of my sunglasses be replaced free of charge to resolve the issue and compensate me for this inconvenience.
