I signed up for a 30-day free trial with Busuu and tried to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. However, despite my efforts, I couldn’t complete the cancellation process. I even deleted my account, but Busuu still charged me for an annual subscription. Now, I can’t access my account or benefit from the service, yet my card has been charged. I’m requesting an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution. Please assist in resolving this issue and processing my refund.
