I signed up for Busuu’s 7-day free Premium trial and entered my card information to activate it. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended, and ₺185 was charged to my account. I expect Busuu to process my refund and cancel the subscription promptly. Ignoring customer concerns and failing to address refund requests is unacceptable.
