I Can’t Cancel My Busuu Subscription and Keep Getting Charged Every Month

I want to cancel my Busuu membership, but I keep running into an error every time I try through the app. This issue has been ongoing, and despite trying repeatedly, I still can’t get the cancellation to go through. I even attached a screenshot showing the exact error I face daily, but nothing has changed.

Meanwhile, Busuu continues to withdraw money from my account every month for a service I no longer wish to use. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel stuck in a subscription I didn’t agree to continue, especially when the app fails to provide a working cancellation option.

I am no longer satisfied with this app. I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges be made to my account. I also expect Busuu to take action to fix this recurring error, so others don’t face the same problem.
