Busuu Charged Me After Trial Despite Cancellation – Requesting Refund
I signed up for a trial membership with Busuu to test out the language learning platform. Despite canceling the trial, they charged me for a full year and now show me as an active annual member. I never received an email notification about the trial ending, so this charge came as a surprise. I’ve been trying to request a refund but can’t find a support email or any clear way to contact Busuu for help. This unexpected charge is very frustrating, and I need Busuu to process my refund immediately and provide clearer communication about trial end dates.
