Busuu Charged Me Without My Consent—I Demand Immediate Refund and Cancellation
Busuu added a subscription to my account without my consent, and the fee was directly reflected on my bill. I never signed up for a paid membership, never agreed to any charges, and never used the service. This is completely unauthorized and feels like a deliberate attempt to profit from unsuspecting users.
I am requesting an immediate cancellation of this unwanted subscription and a full refund of the fee that was unfairly charged to me. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action.
I expect Busuu to take this matter seriously and process my refund as soon as possible. Misleading users into paid plans is not acceptable—this needs to be fixed now.
