Busuu Started a Subscription Without My Permission
A Busuu subscription was activated without my knowledge or permission, and a $12 charge was added to my June Türk Telekom mobile phone bill. I never authorized this subscription, was never informed that it would be activated, and have never used the service. The charge was billed through my Türk Telekom mobile number 0535*30.
I tried contacting both Busuu and Türk Telekom to find out why this charge was added to my bill and to request a refund. However, I have been unable to reach either company's customer service, and none of my calls have been answered.
I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund of the $12 charged to my phone bill. I also ask that appropriate safeguards be put in place to ensure that no similar subscription can ever be activated on my mobile line without my explicit consent.
