Busuu Keeps Trying to Get Money From Me
Despite canceling my paid Busuu subscription about two weeks ago, another attempt was made yesterday to deduct ₺500 from my account. After canceling, I sent emails to two different addresses informing them of the situation, but I received no response. The fact that this issue occurred both on the website and the mobile app has seriously damaged my trust in Busuu. I had previously experienced a similar problem with a different account. Because I used a virtual credit card, the withdrawal was unsuccessful, but if I had used a regular credit card, I would have been charged even though I had canceled my subscription. I demand that my subscription be fully canceled and that any charges be refunded.
