They delivered the order I placed at 12:44 at 14:20, and it arrived ice cold, with fries that were so hard they were inedible. I requested a replacement, and it's now 15:17, and the replacement still hasn't arrived. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. Singular. Just one of each. In total, there are 3 items, or 5 if you count the sauces. The task is this simple.
