Missing Cola and Rock-Hard Burger from Burger King

I used Yemeksepeti to order food from Burger King Kurucesme Izmir. But the way it was sent wasn't good at all. Not only did my order not include any cola, but the hamburger bun was as hard as a rock. I told Yemeksepeti's customer service right away about the problem. After half an hour of waiting, the cola finally came. But it's been 4 hours and 15 minutes since then, and even though a new hamburger was promised, nothing has happened. Customer service always gives me the same reason, which is that they are checking on the status. Having to deal with the Yemeksepeti and Burger King Kuruceşme is frustrating because they seem to do things to make me wait, which makes me lose my patience.
