Burger King messed up my order and then didn't even deliver it after telling me to "keep it safe." The order was messed up, and they actually told me to just keep it. And as if that wasn't enough, they didn't even bring the right stuff. They recommended a substitute but never followed through with it. Both the live support and the call center are completely unhelpful; they have a tendency to abruptly end the call. I'm feeling so incredibly frustrated right now.
