On November 22, 2025, I noticed multiple dead flies on the French fries included in the menu I purchased from the Burger King branch at Kuşadası Egeport. Seeing the dead flies stuck to the fries, and judging by their appearance, I believe this may have been caused by the frying oil. This situation was extremely disturbing from a hygiene standpoint and raised serious concerns for me regarding food safety.
When I immediately informed the staff at the location, I was told that the flies may have landed on the fries afterward, and the issue was dismissed in that manner. However, serving a product with clearly visible dead flies on it is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the restaurant’s overall hygiene standards.
Due to this negative experience, I request a full refund, an urgent hygiene inspection at the branch, and a sincere apology on behalf of the company. I also ask that greater care be taken regarding food safety and that necessary precautions be implemented to prevent this from happening to other customers.
