On January 16, 2026, at around 10:19 a.m., we purchased an Economy King meal from the Burger King location inside Kayseri Kumsmall Mall. The French fries included with the meal had a clearly bad smell right from the start.
I immediately informed the staff about the issue, but they insisted that the fries did not smell bad. Even though I specifically brought the fries to them so they could smell them, and asked them to check, they stated that they would not smell or taste them. This situation made me uncomfortable from a hygiene standpoint, and the attitude of the staff was also very disappointing.
Due to this issue and the negative response I received, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid and a formal apology.
