Burger King Iced Chocolate Tastes Like Water

On 27/03/2026, I ordered an iced chocolate at the Tokat Burger King branch, but the product I received had almost no flavor and tasted just like water. It was far from what an iced chocolate should be in terms of both taste and quality. This purchase was made under order/receipt number K550. We shared the situation, but we did not receive any response, which made the experience even more disappointing. I request a refund for this product and expect the necessary checks to be made so that similar issues are not repeated for other customers.
