On January 14, 2026, between approximately 12:10 AM and 12:40 AM, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Burger King branch on İncirli Street in Bakırköy, Istanbul. The order I placed was prepared both incompletely and carelessly; it was essentially delivered only halfway.
The drinks were lukewarm, with no ice at all, and I had to specifically remind the staff to add ice. In addition, even though it was after midnight and the restaurant was not busy, preparing a simple menu item took nearly 30 minutes.
I request that the security camera footage be reviewed to verify what happened, as I also have a photo of the receipt. Based on this experience, I believe Burger King urgently needs to improve staff quality at this particular location. Due to the staff’s attitude and lack of care, I felt that customers—especially Turkish customers—were not being treated with sufficient respect. I also believe that the upper management responsible for this branch is inadequate in terms of supervision and quality control.
Because of these negative experiences, I request that a proper investigation be conducted into this branch and its employees, that the staff receive serious training in customer relations and service quality, and that an appropriate gesture be made to compensate for my inconvenience and make up for this situation.
