Amazon SINOMAN Wall Lamps Arrived Scratched and Defective

I purchased two SINOMAN wall lamps via Amazon India under order number 405-7708150-6929108 and received them on 10 October. As soon as I opened the package and inspected the lamps, I saw that the quality was unacceptable. The metal parts are discoloured, with visible scratches, wear and black marks on the surface, giving the products a used and defective appearance instead of a new decorative lamp. I paid approximately 1,400–1,500 INR in total for these two lamps. I bought these lamps specifically for home décor and expected a clean, even brass finish without defects, as presented in the product images and description. What I received instead looks visually flawed and does not match the quality I reasonably expect from a new product. I am requesting that this issue be resolved by providing a suitable solution such as a replacement with two new lamps in perfect visual condition or, if that is not possible, a full refund for this order. I also request that the quality of the items being shipped under this listing be checked so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
