ShareChat Device Banned on Redmi A5 in Malaysia Without Explanation

I use ShareChat on my Redmi A5 device in Malaysia. At around 2:00 a.m. this morning, my device was suddenly banned from using ShareChat. I do not understand the reason for this ban and I cannot access my account properly anymore. I respectfully request that you review this situation, remove the ban on my Redmi A5 device, and allow me to continue using ShareChat normally again. I would be grateful if you could check my case and reactivate my device as soon as possible.
