Bumble iPhone App Fails to Open Payment Screen for Premium
I am unable to purchase a Premium subscription on the Bumble app using my iPhone. When I try to initiate the purchase within the app, the payment screen does not open at all, so I cannot activate the Premium membership.
This issue started about a week ago, and despite trying multiple times over the past 5 days, I have not been able to resolve it. A friend of mine is experiencing the same issue, so it does not appear to be an isolated case. I have not even reached a stage where I can enter payment details, and no charges have been made to my card, but I do not want to continue using the app in this condition.
Even after contacting Bumble customer support, I received no meaningful assistance or solution. Due to this lack of support, I am now considering no longer using the app. I am filing this complaint regarding both the technical issue and the lack of customer support, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously.
