Bumble Photo Verification Not Working

I am experiencing a photo verification issue on the Bumble app. The app requires photo verification for me to log into my account, but it does not accept any of the selfies I upload. Because of this issue, I have not been able to access the app since February 15.
I currently have an active Bumble Premium subscription on my account, but due to this verification error, I cannot use my subscription or benefit from the app. I have not contacted Bumble support yet because I cannot access the app to take any action.
I request that my account, which has an active Bumble Premium subscription, be reviewed, that the photo verification issue be resolved, and that I be able to log back into the app. Additionally, I request compensation for the subscription period that I have been unable to use due to this issue.
