Budget Renault Clio Rental Car Broke Down – Refund Requested

On February 16, 2025, I rented a Renault Clio from Budget’s airport branch. The next day, February 17, 2025, the car would not start. I immediately called roadside assistance, and after their inspection, they reset the warning light and got the car to start again. However, an hour later, the same issue happened, and the car wouldn’t start.

I then requested a tow truck and a full refund, as the car was clearly unreliable. Now, I have been waiting for the tow truck for over two hours, which is extremely frustrating. Budget needs to take responsibility for this faulty rental and process my refund immediately. I expect a resolution without further delays!
