Budget Charged a Large Amount of Money for Damage We Did Not Do
We rented a personal car from a car rental company called Budget. They said that you can take the car and drive it without showing it to us, and the keys were approved, and we drove the car without looking at any part of it. There was no inspection or document given before taking the car, which we now realize was a huge mistake. When we returned the car, we were forced to pay a large fee on the grounds that we made a minimal mark on the glass in a place that was out of sight. We were slandered for our 2 women by seeing us as weak. We were unfairly charged a large amount for a deformation we did not make. We were victimized.
