Buddy.ai Refused to Refund an Early Subscription Charge

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription charge made through the Buddy.ai application that I downloaded from the Google Play Store.

I signed up for the 3-day free trial to evaluate the service before deciding whether to purchase a subscription. However, before the free trial had ended, I discovered that ₺539.99 had been charged to my VakıfBank debit card on June 29, 2026, at 5:27:41 PM, without my authorization or expectation.

Because the payment was collected before the advertised trial period expired, I believe I was charged unfairly and have been financially disadvantaged.

After discovering the charge, I contacted both Buddy.ai and the available support channels to request assistance. Unfortunately, I was informed that my refund request would not be approved.

I do not accept being charged during what was presented as a free trial period, nor do I believe it is reasonable to refuse a refund under these circumstances.

I respectfully request that the ₺539.99 charged to my account without my consent be fully refunded as soon as possible and that my subscription be canceled immediately so that no further charges can occur.

I have also learned that other users have experienced similar issues. Therefore, I ask that this matter be thoroughly investigated to ensure that other customers are not placed in the same situation.
