Refund My Buddy.ai Plus Subscription Charge

I am writing regarding my Buddy.ai Plus subscription and an unexpected charge that was applied after the advertised free trial.

The application clearly stated that I would receive a 3-day free trial. However, once the trial period ended, I was charged ₺919 for the subscription.

I believe this charge has caused me financial loss, and I am requesting a full refund of the ₺919 that was charged to my account.

I also request that my subscription be canceled, if it is still active, and that I receive written confirmation that no further charges will be made.

I kindly ask you to review my case and provide a prompt response. If this matter cannot be resolved fairly, I will have no choice but to pursue my rights through the appropriate Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant consumer protection authorities.
