I actively trade on BTCTurk for investment purposes. Recently, due to financial needs, I placed sell orders to liquidate some of my holdings. However, despite placing the orders correctly, they often remain unexecuted for hours—sometimes even days. This isn’t a one-off issue—others have reported experiencing the same problem for months, even years.
If BTCTurk wants to be a serious player in the crypto market, it needs to offer a functional, responsive, and fair trading platform. But instead, the system feels deliberately stalled, making it impossible to react to market conditions or secure timely profits. And then the platform criticizes users who choose to trade through other exchanges or intermediaries.
BTCTurk, if you want to stay relevant, you need to clean up your act. Fix your trading system. Stop slowing down sell orders and update your platform to meet the expectations of serious investors. Otherwise, people will leave—and you won’t be able to blame anyone but yourselves.
