On March 21, 2024, I purchased a set of Bridgestone Weather Control A005 all-season tires from Lastik Market (Billal Baş), located in Gürpınar Neighborhood, Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. Despite driving only 20,000 kilometers, all four tires have developed visible tread wear. I have always maintained the tires properly and had routine maintenance, rotation, and wheel balancing performed regularly.

When I noticed the issue, I contacted both the authorized Bridgestone service and the store where I purchased the tires, but I did not receive a positive response from either. My tires are still under warranty, and I have both the invoice and the warranty documents.

This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks, and it is causing significant inconvenience. I request that Bridgestone replace my worn tires under warranty and provide a permanent solution to this problem.

Hello, about 3 weeks ago, I was directed by Bridgestone authorities to an authorized dealer and my tires were removed so that they could be inspected at the factory. On 04.11.2025, I was informed that there was no fault found by the factory. Today, when I called the dealer where I had my tires removed to ask about their status, I was told that my tires were not actually sent to the factory, but instead photos were taken and the evaluation was made that way. If the process could be handled with photos, why were my tires removed? During this time, I was forced to use my car with tires from 2014 that I found on my own. What would have happened if I had an accident or similar incident due to the old tires during this period? If my tires were not going to be sent to the factory for inspection, why were they removed? I am addressing Bridgestone authorities here; I want my grievance to be resolved urgently.
