On March 23 at around 8:30 PM, I transferred ₹150 from my Airtel Payments Bank account to a BDG account (BDG account 150). The amount was successfully debited from my Airtel Payments Bank account, and the transaction status shows as completed.
However, BDG claims that they have not received any payment from my side. I contacted BDG customer support, but they repeatedly stated that no payment was received, even though the money has clearly been debited and transferred to their account.
I also contacted Airtel Payments Bank customer support, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful and that the funds were transferred. As a result, I am stuck between these two parties while my money is missing. BDG is not providing proper support to resolve the issue, which makes the situation feel unreliable and unsafe for users.
I request a detailed investigation of this transaction and appropriate action so that my money can be traced and this issue can be resolved. I also request that steps be taken to prevent similar problems for other users.
